Patrick Duffy is the founder of Common Thread Real Estate and the editorial platform Where We Live Next. Before real estate, Patrick built a career at the intersection of design, sustainability, global partnerships, and experiential storytelling — including founding Global Fashion Exchange, an international platform for sustainability in fashion and culture.
His work across global cities and institutions gave him a ground-level understanding of how place shapes life — and how culture, climate, and community interact to make a city worth living in. That perspective now drives a different kind of real estate practice: one that treats where you live as a decision about how you live.
Patrick is a licensed Minnesota real estate salesperson affiliated with Edina Realty. He focuses on relocation strategy, climate and sustainability, design and architecture, culture and community integration, and the long-term future of place.
